RSV vaccination programme expansion
The Government has accepted the JCVI’s advice to expand the eligibility criteria for the older adult RSV vaccination programme from 1 September 2026 to include adults aged 65- 74 years in the following at risk groups
- Chronic respiratory disease
- Immunosuppression due to disease or treatment.
We will contact these eligible patients in due course to invite them to have their RSV vaccination.
