Practice Patient Area Change

Following consultation with our patient group and neighbouring practices it has been agreed with our ICB to amend our patient area from 8 July 2025.  

This change was undertaken to take account of current and future housing developments on the outskirts of our current boundary, as well as the proposed housing developments in Tring, Halton, Berkhamsted etc, so that we can continue to provide a high standard of care to our patients.

Those patients that currently reside in these excluded areas will remain as patients – these areas are known as the “outer patient boundary”. Should a patient move address from here and continue to be outside of our new “inner boundary”,  then they would need to register with a practice local to them.  New patients that move to our outer patient boundary area will not be able to register with the Practice.
