Heidi Health is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology used to transcribe consultations. 'Heidi' listens to both the doctor and the patient during their appointment and makes notes accordingly.
Why do we use Heidi?
By using Heidi our doctors can focus on delivering empathetic and thorough consultations instead of writing notes.
Privacy and safety of information
Heidi meets all the NHS data safety requirements.
Heidi records your visit, makes notes, and then deletes the recording.
You can reject the use of Heidi in your appointment and your care will stay the same.
