What is eConsult?
eConsult is free to use for NHS patients. Use eConsult to ask your GP surgery about your health symptoms, conditions or treatment. eConsult can also be used to address administrative queries. Before submitting an administrative query through eConsult, please check that the information you require is not available on the website by using the search bar.
The service is available Monday to Friday from 7am - 6.30pm for routine and admin issues, and 7am - 5pm for medically urgent issues.
- After 5pm please call the Practice if this is medically urgent and cannot wait till the next working day.
- For children under 6 months old, please continue to phone the Practice.
